Origins

After botching a robbery in the Arl's palace in Denerim, Bia is narrowly saved from execution by the Warden, and is dragged along on their adventures to end the Blight. With her thieving habits and questionable morals, Bia is indebted to the Warden and has to try her best to be a hero.

Favor Lovell

Even before she was taken to the Starkhaven Circle as a child, Favor was an ill-adjusted kid, having trouble with social interactions and understanding how people work. After being broken out by her siblings and escaping to Kirkwall together, Favor starts to learn who she is outside of her studies amidst the chaos that is the city.

Born into a noble family in Kirkwall, Eunice was always the black sheep of her siblings from her inability to behave properly. The divide between her and them only grew when her magic manifested, leading her parents to force her to learn to both hide and control it but never use it, lest their noble reputation be at stake.

Sorisana Naevys

When Sorisana's sister was going to be thrown out from their Clan, she decided to go with her rather than let her sister brave the wilds alone. Together they ended up in an alienage, Sorisana running deliveries from town to town, using her knowledge of the wilderness to get places faster. Sorisana is eventually recruited by the Inquisition to run supplies to Haven.

After killing two Grey Wardens who beat her brother to death, Karina flees the Anderfels, living mostly in the wilderness alone for years before finding her way to Ferelden. Having to help the Wardens end the Blight goes against everything she believes about the organization and herself.

Bia Venalin in Deliverance

Dragon Age: Deliverance is a pre-canon Dragon Age RPG campaign that takes place in 8:94 Blessed. Deliverance Bia and Origins Bia exist in different universes.

Background

The Venalins are from the Denerim alienage, where Ephai works at the docks and Arava helps out at the Nenha’s weavery with her brother Dathan and his family. The Venalin children have been extremely close since they were younger, looking out for each other and their cousins who they cared for equally, as if they were siblings themselves. Bia’s the middle child but was always fiercely protective of her siblings, being the one to jump to fight for both or them and their cousins whenever they were in trouble. This got her on the bad side of many people in and out of the alienage, especially as she loved to pick fights with any humans who made their way into the alienage.She was good at stealing and sneaking around from a good age from learning how to outsmart and outrun people and started to steal more to try and help her family out without them knowing. When she got a little older, she started to get involved in more crime, joining a group of elven thieves and taking on more dangerous jobs. Reino, Bia’s younger brother, showed signs of magic when he was twelve, when he froze a human guard who was threatening Bia. He was immediately taken by the Circle despite Bia trying to stop them, and they have had no word since if he was alive or dead.At the start of the campaign Bia finds a note telling her to meet the writer in Starkhaven, that they know where Reino is. She goes to find him, running into Mayari, a Dalish elf who has left her clan for the first time, and Rhea, a Templar who is actively hunting down other Templars and was Bia's contact. By the time they get to the Tower, they find out the Templars are going to make Reino Tranquil, and once they get to the Harrowing Chamber, it is too late. However, Mayari finds that Reino is somehow in the Fade while Tranquil, and when he wakes up, his eyes glow bright blue. A spirit of Freedom inhabits his body, called by his escape attempt, and Reino as Bia knew him is gone. From there, they all set out to find Rhea's next target.
